We are seeking a seasoned, compliance-driven HR Senior Executive / Manager to oversee and strengthen factory HR operations, statutory compliance, and Quality Management System (QMS) norms at our Madurai facility.

Role & responsibilities

- GMP & QMS HR Compliance: Manage factory HR operations in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), pharma standards, and related Quality Management Systems.
- Health & Hygiene Verification: Coordinate routine employee medical check-ups, verify workplace cleanliness protocols, and systematically maintain tracking records required for pharmaceutical operations.
- Payroll & Statutory Administration: Supervise end-to-end payroll processing and ensure flawless compliance with statutory regulations, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).




- Audit & Training Support: Act as the HR lead for regulatory audits, manage compliance documentation, and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to foster a positive, disciplined work culture and maintain optimal plant-wide employee relations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Any Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

- Experience Profiles
- HR Manager: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in factory HR operations.
- HR Senior Executive: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in factory HR operations.
- Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of factory labor laws, payroll structures, statutory filings, and GMP HR documentation standards.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing setup is strongly preferred, though candidates with an extensive background in other heavily regulated, ISO/QMS-compliant manufacturing facilities are encouraged to apply.
- Location Criteria: Must reside in Madurai or have a firm willingness to relocate to Madurai.
