Position: HR Associate

We are looking for an HR Associate with around 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR consultancy to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and further rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their manpower requirements.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and timely closures of open positions.




- Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and contribute to successful closures.
- Maintain valuable candidate and client relationships.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
