Are you an energetic professional with 1 year to 2 year of recruitment experience? We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter who is eager to learn, grow, and most importantly, can work effectively on an independent basis to manage their recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and Screen: Actively find and identify potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Initial Contact: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to check candidate skills, experience, and fit.
- Independent Pipeline Management: Manage the entire candidate pipeline independently using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all updates and communications are timely.
- Coordination & Ownership: Take full ownership of scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing all logistics for a smooth process.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters and ensuring all recruitment paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Support: Provide administrative support for various HR tasks, including coordinating campus hiring and recruitment events.





Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

- 1 year to 2 years of hands-on experience in an HR Recruitment role.
- Experience using common job boards (e.g.,Naukri) and professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn).

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Crucial: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the HR function.
