Senior Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for positions such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Billing & Planning, MEP, Electrical, Safety, Surveyors, and Project Staff.
- Coordinate with Project Heads and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate selection.
- Manage offer/LOI, salary negotiation, joining follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database,



and time-to-hire / closure reports.
- Handle bulk hiring and urgent project manpower requirements.

Eligibility :

- Graduate / MBA / PG in HR or relevant field.
- 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or engineering industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and recruitment processes.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Immediate joiners and candidates with experience in project/site hiring.
