Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities HR Recruiter (JLG/Microfinance)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for JLG/Microfinance field positions.

Coordinate manpower requirements with Branch, Area and Regional teams.

Source candidates through portals, referrals, consultants, social media and local hiring.

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, selection and offers.

Drive walk-in, recruitment and campus hiring programs.

Manage the complete sourcing-to-joining process, including documentation and BGV.

Improve CT-to-Joining conversion and reduce candidate dropouts.

Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, TAT and manpower status.

Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.

Support employee referrals, local hiring and recruitment initiatives while ensuring HR process compliance.
