Position: HR Recruiter

Location: West Tambaram, Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age Limit: 18–30 Years

Salary: ₹12,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Make calls to candidates and explain available job opportunities.

Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, and job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

Maintain candidate details and recruitment records in Excel.

Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.

Meet assigned recruitment targets.





Maintain good communication and professional relationship with candidates.

Required Skills

Good communication skills.

Basic English and Tamil communication.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle recruitment calls and follow-ups.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
