- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

- Maintain and update the candidate database/MIS.

- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.

- Ensure a smooth offer-to-joining conversion.

- Conduct reference/background checks where required.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
