- You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



identify suitable talent pools and develop effective sourcing strategies

- You will be expected to use LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases, social platforms and other creative sourcing channels to identify both active and passive candidates
- The role will require strong candidate screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, follow-ups, salary negotiation and offer closure skills

- You will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment trackers, hiring reports and a healthy pipeline for current and upcoming requirements

- We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, proactive and result-oriented Senior Recruiter who can independently manage hiring across Creative, Design, Marketing and Technology/IT functions.

- The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, excellent sourcing skills and the ability to understand different types of talent. You should be comfortable hiring both creative and technical profiles and should have prior hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
