About the role: The incumbent is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for kitchen and support functions across India. This role involves managing large-scale hiring, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, supporting workforce planning, ensuring seamless onboarding, and coordinating with staffing partners to meet hiring requirements.
Key responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for kitchen hiring across India including Commi, Chef, Kitchen staff, and support functions like housekeeping etc
· Manages bulk hiring of 40+ staff across pan India for kitchens in a month
· Adept in maximising different sourcing channels
· Work with operations and business heads to forecast manpower requirements and ensure timely staffing for new outlets.
· Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation, ensuring smooth joining experiences across locations
· Coordinate with vendors and external staffing agencies for blue-collar and frontline hiring
Education & Experience
· Graduate in any discipline (required). MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred
· 3-5 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role in F&B; or QSR
· Recruiter with proven experience in hiring for kitchen role across India.
· Candidate from QSR and F&B; industry only, Bakery hiring preferred.
· Understanding of ATS and bulk hiring
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
