Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing

Understand job requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.

Search and shortlist candidates according to job specifications.

Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Screening

Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls.

Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and location.

Share suitable candidate profiles with the hiring manager.

3. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

4. Recruitment MIS & Documentation

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Update candidate status and interview feedback regularly.

Prepare recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.

Maintain proper documentation of candidates and joining details.

5. Offer & Joining Management

Coordinate salary discussions and offer-related communication.

Follow up with selected candidates during the notice period.

Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.





Maintain records of offers, joining dates, and candidate status.

6. Employer Branding & Recruitment Support

Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements.

Support recruitment campaigns and hiring drives.

Build and maintain qualified relationships with candidates.

Eligibility

Graduate in MBA/HR

1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in agency or corporate recruitment.

Freshers with strong recruitment knowledge may be considered if the company wants to hire entry-level candidates.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
