About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Recruiter Trainee to join our Patna team. The candidate does not need to be an expert recruiter. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, communicate confidently, take ownership, and improve quickly.

During the trainee period, the candidate will work on the end-to-end recruitment process and learn how professional recruitment operations work—from understanding a client requirement through to a candidate's joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Speak with candidates to understand their experience, skills, availability, and expectations.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening.
- Collect portfolios or work samples when required.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Track candidate selection, rejection, and joining status.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records.
- Learn from client feedback and continuously improve screening skills.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have





- Good communication skills.
- English communication skills at approximately 6/10 or above.
- Willingness to communicate with candidates and clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work consistently.
- Ambition to grow professionally.
- Ownership and willingness to take responsibility for assigned work.

Not Required
- Prior recruitment experience.
- Deep knowledge of HR.
- Experience with every recruitment platform.
- A specific academic stream or degree.

What matters more is how quickly the candidate learns and how seriously they work. Candidates who are confident on phone calls and willing to follow through can do well in this role.

The role offers structured exposure to an actual recruitment operation, rather than observational work. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, learn recruitment properly, and eventually take ownership of the recruitment process.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
