We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring efforts across multiple business units. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of filling high-impact roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design and execute scalable hiring strategies. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent and ensure a world-class candidate experience.Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across diverse functions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social channels, networking, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct thorough screening, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in [industry].
- Strong experience with modern ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Proven ability to fill senior or niche roles in quick-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market trends.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience working in a high-growth or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
