About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and career-oriented HR Recruiter who wants to build a long-term career in HR & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle core recruitment and end-to-end hiring.

Source candidates through Different Job Portals.

Screen candidates and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Work on hiring requirements across multiple industries and job profiles.

Maintain recruitment databases and trackersGain practical exposure to sourcing, screening and hiring.

Eligibility

- BBA / MBA graduates preferred, candidates with other stream can also apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment; freshers can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.




- Strong interest in building a career in HR & Talent Acquisition.

Candidate Preference
- We are looking for stable and committed candidates who genuinely want to grow their career in the HR field.
- Local/native Bhopal candidates are preferred.
