Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role will be recruitment and talent acquisition, along with supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.




- Support other HR activities and administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.

Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or Warehouse industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
