- Manage recruitment for Plant and Sales positions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Data Bank)and local networks/ITIs for plant hiring.
- Screen resumes and coordinate technical interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and pre-onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for recurring/high-volume roles.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per TAT (turnaround time).
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Conduct onboarding and induction coordination.
