Are you a go-getter who thrives on sourcing the right talent for the right project, at the right time? We're looking for an HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our project-based manpower requirements!

What you'll do:

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for multiple project requirements
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals & CV databases
- Screen, shortlist & coordinate interviews with project/client teams
- Negotiate CTC & joining dates within approved budgets
- Handle offer processing, documentation & smooth candidate mobilisation
- Maintain trackers, CV banks & recruitment reports
- Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring project hiring needs

What we're looking for:

- Solid sourcing, screening & negotiation skills




- Excellent communication & coordination abilities
- Comfort working across multiple live vacancies under tight TATs
- Proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals

Bonus points if you've worked in: EPC | Oil & Gas | Infrastructure | Engineering | PMC | Construction — or any project-based industry.
