The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring skilled , project managers, engineers, and other essential roles within the construction industry. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build recruitment strategies for various construction roles.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process, from offer letters to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a network of talent for future job openings.
- Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the construction industry or similar field.
- Strong knowledge of construction job roles and industry terminology.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with blue-collar workforce recruitment.
- Knowledge of construction labor laws and safety regulations.
