NS Ventures is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify and engage with relevant candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Review applications, shortlist relevant profiles, and conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure a smooth joining process.
- Support the HR team with other recruitment-related activities when required.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- 6 months–1 year of recruitment experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with job portals, and basic recruitment tools.
- Solid candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned hiring tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
