Job Summary

Nexa Core HR Private Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Recruitment & Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source relevant candidate profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna and other recruitment platforms.

Search and shortlist candidates according to job requirements, experience and location.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Assess candidates based on communication skills, qualifications, experience and job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.





Coordinate with clients regarding their hiring requirements.

Handle multiple job openings and ensure timely closure of positions.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates on the hiring process.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
