Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, hiring platforms, employee referrals, placement cells, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates on communication, experience, skills, and overall suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Prepare and share interview-related communication, including interview invitations, selection, rejection, and follow-up emails.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and respective departments regarding recruitment requirements.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Support the offer letter, documentation, background verification, and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with placement cells and external hiring sources for candidate requirements.
- Prepare regular recruitment updates and reports for management.
- Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support other HR and administrative activities as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Freshers with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Workspace/MS Office, and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
