Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and articulate HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Because you will serve as the primary brand ambassador to candidates and interact daily with hiring managers, exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate excels at building immediate rapport, writing compelling job postings and outreach messages, and managing clear, professional candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Candidate Engagement

- Source qualified candidates across diverse channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals).
- Write engaging, tailored outreach emails and candidate InMails that effectively communicate our company value proposition and open roles.
- Create and publish attractive job ads across relevant hiring platforms.

Screening & Selection
- Conduct thorough initial phone and video screening interviews in English to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical alignment, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Present concise, well-structured candidate summaries and assessment notes to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule subsequent interview rounds with key internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Candidate Experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team headcount needs, profile requirements, and ideal candidate personas.




- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates, transparent feedback, and professional ongoing communication.
- Manage post-interview debriefs and help facilitate swift, informed hiring decisions.

Offer & Onboarding
- Extend verbal job offers and draft formal written offer letters.
- Address candidate queries regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies professionally.
- Oversee pre-onboarding documentation and facilitate a smooth transition into the onboarding team.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruitment role (Agency or In-house).
- Communication Skills: Fluent/C2-level written and spoken English. Outstanding ability to write qualified emails, conduct structured phone screens, and communicate complex information clearly and diplomatically.
- Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings).
- Interviewing Skills: Deep understanding of behavioral and competency-based interview techniques.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capability with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
