HR Recruiter – Mahindra Anant Cars Location: Bengaluru Department: Human Resources Experience: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full time Industry: Automobile / Dealership Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Operations & Support positions. Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, referrals and other channels . Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
Manage bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Coordinate interviews with Branch Heads and Department Managers. Follow up with selected candidates for offer, documentation and joining . Maintain daily recruitment MIS, interview, selection and joining reports.
Coordinate with branch HR teams regarding manpower requirements. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and provide regular hiring updates.
Candidate Requirements: Any Graduate; MBA/PG in HR is an advantage. 1–4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition . Bulk hiring experience preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills. Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines. Automobile/dealership recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
