Jyomix is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company in hiring suitable candidates for various positions. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining. Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs) .

Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels . Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker . Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, documentation, and joining. Negotiate salary and coordinate offer-related discussions as required.

Prepare and share offer letters and joining documents . Maintain proper recruitment records and reports. Achieve assigned monthly recruitment and joining targets . Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
