Key Responsibilities

- Source blue-collar candidates for operational, manufacturing, warehouse, helper, technician, machine operator and other field-level positions.

- Build and maintain a strong local recruitment network around Sidhrawali, Manesar, Bilaspur, Pataudi, Dharuhera and nearby areas.

- Conduct field visits to identify potential candidates and local manpower sources.

- Use job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, employee referrals and local networks for candidate sourcing.

- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations and job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, documentation, background verification and joining formalities.

- Maintain daily recruitment MIS covering sourcing, screening, selection and joining.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and reduce dropouts.

- Support employee retention by maintaining regular contact with newly joined employees.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.





- Coordinate with the HR and operations teams for manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma preferred; HR qualification will be an advantage.

- 1–4 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment preferred.

- Good knowledge of local manpower sourcing and field recruitment.

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.

- Should be able to build and manage a candidate/vendor network.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment systems.

- Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
