Job Overview
Join our team as a HR Recruiter at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy in Madurai. This is a Full-Time position ideal for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience. Time: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM. Salary Package: 12k to 20k
Qualifications and Skills
- 1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- 2. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment
- 5.
Strong client relations and negotiation abilities
- 6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- 7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- 2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- 3. Screen resumes and job applications
- 4. Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- 5. Build solid relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- 6. Provide a seamless candidate selection process from sourcing to hiring
