We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in Recruitment and HR, with a focus on hiring for IT and technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening with candidates.
- Understand candidates' skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in Excel/ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Learn about different IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn about IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
