About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, campus recruitment, and supporting the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with colleges and placement teams for campus hiring.
- Assist with placement drives and recruitment activities.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment activities when required.
- Prior recruitment or campus hiring experience is an advantage.
