Bharat Soft Technologies is actively looking for an energetic, ambitious, and career-driven HR Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic talent acquisition team in Pimpri-Chinchwad.

If you are passionate about human resources, eager to learn end-to-end recruitment life cycles in a fast-paced tech environment, and want hands-on corporate experience, this is the ideal opportunity for you! As an intern, you will work closely with senior HR managers to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for various tech and non-tech positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline: Source potential candidates from various channels (LinkedIn, job portals like Indeed/Naukri, professional networks, and database mining).
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and job applications to evaluate candidates against technical and cultural requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview rounds between candidates and technical panels.
- Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines, candidate status updates,



and daily hiring metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Excel.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting job openings across social media platforms and academic institutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an MBA/PGDM in HR, Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, etc.), or equivalent qualification.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Marathi/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace, professional networking sites (LinkedIn), and internet search techniques.
- Soft Skills: High energy, strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and capability to work effectively in a target-driven team workplace.
- Work Mode: Must be able to commute daily for a Work From Office (WFO) setup in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
