Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for job openings.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
- Communicate professionally with candidates.

Eligibility:

- Degree completed
- Age: 22–30 years
- Good communication skills
- English and Hindi preferred
- Tamil, Kannada or Telugu is an advantage
- Freshers can apply
