We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlist profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage recruitment trackers and maintain candidate records.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to work on multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
