- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
- Work towards achieving hiring targets and closing positions.

? What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.




- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
