Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to close positions within defined time lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments / interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer rollouts with selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and candidate records.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times and closure timelines.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to support workforce requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
