We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates for multiple positions and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain daily candidate and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Ensure candidates complete the required documentation and onboarding process.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment/joining targets.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and management regarding hiring status.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment targets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and job portals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in hiring for BPO, BFSI, Sales, Field Sales, Delivery, Logistics, E-commerce, Retail, Telecalling, or Blue-Collar positions will be preferred.
