About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills and takes ownership of their recruitment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
2. Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
5. Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.
6. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
8. Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
9.



Negotiate and discuss compensation, availability and joining timelines when required.
10. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
11. Follow up with selected candidates until joining and support the offer-to-joining process.
12. Proactively work towards meeting hiring requirements and recruitment timelines.

Requirements:

1. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field will be preferred.
2. B.Tech/B.E. or any graduate with relevant recruitment interest/experience may also apply.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Solid interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
5. Proactive approach towards sourcing and closing candidates.
6. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
