The Role

We are looking for an HR Executive who is hands-on, organised, and people-oriented. This is a full-spectrum HR role covering the complete employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to payroll coordination, compliance, and exit — with additional responsibility for general office administration. You will be the go-to person for everything related to people and office management at Gulf To World.

This is not a back-office role. You will work closely with the Founder, Sales Manager, and senior leadership — your work directly impacts team performance, culture, and operational efficiency.

- Handle full and final settlement calculations for exiting employees

Performance & Disciplinary

- Support managers in documenting performance improvement plans (PIPs)

- Coordinate half-yearly and annual appraisal cycles

HR Policies & Compliance

- Maintain and update the HR policy manual — leave policy, attendance policy, code of conduct
- Ensure basic statutory compliance — PF, ESI, professional tax coordination with accounts
