We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in recruitment and candidate sourcing through Naukri.com and other recruitment platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, selection, and joining.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Must have hands-on experience with Naukri Resume Database / Naukri Recruiter.
- Search and shortlist relevant candidates using advanced filters and Boolean search.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand candidate requirements, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/database.
- Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.
- Ensure selected candidates successfully complete the joining process.
- Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets simultaneously.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with Naukri.com is mandatory.
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and advanced Naukri filters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve recruitment targets.
Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Candidates from Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing / Placement Agency backgrounds will be preferred.
- Comfortable with high-volume and target-oriented recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Salary & Working Schedule
Salary: ₹25,000 per month Working Days: 6 days per week
