We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process. Your main goal is to find the right talent for our hospital and ensure they have a smooth start.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.

Sourcing: Search for qualified candidates (Nurses, Doctors, and Admin staff) through databases and referrals.

Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule face-to-face meetings with department heads.

Onboarding: Handle all joining formalities, including document collection, background checks, and staff orientation.

Database Management: Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

Requirements

Education: MBA-HR or any relevant Degree.

Skills: Robust communication in Tamil and English.

Tech: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and job portals.

Experience: Fresher.
