Job Summary

DMCFS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates over calls and messages regarding interview schedules.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure attendance.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with the internal hiring team regarding candidate status and interview feedback.

Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.





Required Skills

6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other sourcing platforms.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of the recruitment and interview process.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
