About the Role

We are hiring freshers who are interested in building a career in HR & Recruitment. You will get hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Work closely with the team to close hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Fresh graduates .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Comfortable working from office in IT Park, Chandigarh.
