Job Overview

Allegient Unified Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. You will play a key role in attracting qualified talent and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and final selection.
- Maintain and manage all HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other official communications.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities smoothly and professionally.
- Monitor and update employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Ensure proper employee management, addressing day-to-day queries and concerns.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.




- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR confidentiality and ensure policy compliance.
- Support payroll-related data preparation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and documentation.
