About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive – Recruitment & Payroll to manage day-to-day recruitment activities, employee records and payroll coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience, strong communication skills and positive knowledge of recruitment processes, employee documentation, attendance management and payroll.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities and wants to develop a well-rounded career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Complete pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring performance.
- Activation and Deactivation of employee ID’s

Payroll & Attendance

- Manage monthly attendance and leave records.




- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with management/accounts.
- Maintain accurate employee salary and payroll records.
- Track new joiners, resignations, absences and other payroll-related changes.
- Coordinate full & final settlement information for exiting employees.
- Maintain employee master data.
- Address basic employee payroll and attendance queries.
- Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted within defined timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.

Employee HR Administration

- Maintain employee personnel files and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain employee records.
- Assist with company policies and HR processes.
- Track probation periods and employee confirmations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist management with HR-related reports and documentation.
- Handle routine employee queries professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
