We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Faridabad

Experience: 3–6 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with HODs/School Leadership for hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Conduct reference and background verification wherever required.
- Coordinate documentation and pre-joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Prepare and release job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support HR operations and other HR activities as required.





Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in school/education recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment practices.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of MS Excel and HR/recruitment systems.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work within defined timelines.
