HR Recruiter – Role: HR Recruiter Experience: Fresher / Experienced Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through calls and online platforms. Schedule and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Meet daily/weekly hiring targets. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
