About the RoleDr. Shroff’s Charity Eye Hospital is looking for an experienced HR professional to support HR operations and people-management activities across our Public Health programs.

The position will be based in Saharanpur and will require regular field visits and coordination across Modinagar and Meerut.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and staffing activities for Public Health/field teams.
- Handle HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding and HR records.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling and employee queries.
- Ensure timely HR compliance, documentation and audit support.
- Conduct regular field/Vision Centre visits and coordinate with field teams.
- Support performance management and employee development activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain HR MIS, manpower data and periodic HR reports.
- Coordinate with Operations,



Program and other cross-functional teams for smooth HR processes.

Eligibility & Requirements

- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) /MSW/ Master of Public Health (MPH).
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and HR documentation.
- Solid communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR MIS, reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel and field visits.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field, operations and program teams.
