Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Delhi, India. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interview rounds with hiring managers across AutoVeer’s business units.

The role includes drafting job descriptions, posting openings on appropriate channels, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.



The HR Recruiter will collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs, support employer branding initiatives, and assist with onboarding logistics for new hires. The position also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, adhering to fair hiring practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including partnering with hiring managers, HR team members, and external agencies to align on hiring needs.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for effective recruitment.
- Solid understanding of fair hiring practices, basic labor regulations, and HR policies relevant to recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and provide explicit candidate feedback.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in recruitment for automotive, hospitality, or retail sectors is preferred, along with familiarity with high-volume hiring.
