Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (Non-IT) with 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, specifically focused on non-IT roles and blue-collar/worker category hiring, to join our talent acquisition team in the Interior Designing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled workers, site supervisors, factory technicians, and administrative non-IT staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building: Source potential candidates through job portals, local networks, references, recruitment agencies, and field sourcing specifically for non-IT and worker-level roles.
- Blue-Collar & Non-IT Hiring: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for worker categories (e.g., carpenters, installers, factory personnel, site staff) and general non-IT profiles.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone and face-to-face screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, relevant skills, and stability.
- Language Proficiency & Communication: Effectively communicate with candidates across different regions using robust verbal skills in both English and Hindi.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, site leads, and internal departments.
- Offer Management & Onboarding: Issue offer letters, manage candidate negotiation within assigned budgets,



handle document verification, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized database of active and passive non-IT/worker applicants for immediate and future project requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of core experience in Non-IT recruitment, with proven exposure to worker/blue-collar category hiring.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience recruiting within Interior Architecture, Modular Furniture, Construction, or Real Estate industries is highly preferred.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources preferred (or equivalent Bachelor's degree with relevant talent acquisition experience).
- Mandatory Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation abilities, high adaptability to fast-paced field/factory recruitment, and strong candidate relationship management.
