Position: HR – Operations & Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Delhi / On-Site

Reporting To: HR Manager / Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR – Operations & Talent Acquisition professional to manage day-to-day HR operations while handling end-to-end recruitment activities. The role will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to joining.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/departmental interviews with concerned managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.

1. HR Operations

- Manage complete employee lifecycle processes, including joining, onboarding, transfers, confirmation, resignation, and exit.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, NDA, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.




- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and work records.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts for monthly salary processing.
- Assist in Full & Final (F&F;) settlement and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records.
- Track probation periods, notice periods, and employee confirmations.
- Ensure timely completion of employee documentation.

1. Employee Engagement & Support

- Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate employee meetings, HR communications, and internal activities.
- Maintain professional communication between employees and management.
- Assist in resolving workplace concerns in coordination with management.

1. Performance & HR Administration

- Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee performance records.
- Track targets, KPIs, attendance, and disciplinary matters where applicable.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.

1. Exit Management

- Process employee resignation and acknowledge resignation formally.
- Coordinate notice-period requirements and handover.




- Conduct exit interviews where required.
- Coordinate recovery of company assets and documents.
- Prepare and coordinate F&F; settlement.
- Issue relieving and experience documents after completion of exit formalities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and HR activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and HR software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification & Experience

Education:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, BBA/MBA HR, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in healthcare, education, training, or service-based organizations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
