Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the HR Operations team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services, including employee life cycle management, background verification, and onboarding.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all aspects of HR operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and improve overall service quality.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in an HR Operations role or similar function.

- Robust understanding of HR shared services model and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven track record in ensuring HR compliance across various functions (e.g., recruitment, benefits administration).

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
