About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR technology.

You'll work closely with HR professionals, support key people processes, gain experience with HRMS tools, and build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and separation.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support HR reporting, analytics, and data validation activities.
- Work with HRMS platforms and other digital tools to facilitate HR operations and process automation.
- Assist with employee queries and support day-to-day HR operational requirements.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and implementation of best practices.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and an enhanced employee experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in HR Operations, HR Technology, and Employee Experience.
