Coordinate employee transfers, exits and full-and-final settlements.
Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle documentation.
1. Employee Records & HRMS
Maintain accurate and updated employee records. Manage employee information in the HRMS.
Maintain personnel files and confidential HR documentation.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data.
1. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Monitor employee attendance and leave records. Maintain shift and attendance schedules.
Verify monthly attendance and leave data.
Prepare and coordinate accurate payroll inputs with the payroll team.
Resolve attendance and leave-related discrepancies.
1. Employee Support & Grievance Handling
Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Address queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance and employee benefits.
Handle employee concerns professionally and escalate issues where required.
Maintain confidentiality while dealing with employee matters.
1. HR Policies & Compliance
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist HR leadership with statutory and employment-related compliance.
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee handbooks and HR documentation.
1. Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities. Organise cultural celebrations, employee events and team-building activities.
Support initiatives aimed at employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
1. Performance Management
Support annual and probationary appraisal processes. Coordinate performance evaluation documentation and trackers.
Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of appraisal activities.
Maintain appropriate performance-related records.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:
3–4 years of experience in HR Operations or related HR functions.
Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
Experience handling HRMS, employee records, attendance and payroll inputs.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
